The hotel is well positioned, close to the main attractions in the area ( we had a car ). I recommend getting the half board since the dinner was great and included a kid's dedicated menu. The staff is very attentive to your needs and can provide valuable help to make sure you can visit the main objectives in the area.

We liked our stay very much. We know the area and it is beautiful. This was our first time at the Kronplatzer Hof and we felt being home. Very welcome. Surely we will come back! Special thanks to Giammichele (di Triggiano BA) definitively he made us feel home ❤️

My three friends and I stayed at the Kronplatzer Hof Hotel in the Dolomites before and after our journey on the Alta Via Uno track. The hotel staff proactively assisted us both throughout our stay and during the organization process. The breakfast and dinner boasted a variety of tasty dishes. The rooms were pleasant and tidy. Special thanks to Marianna and her assistant for their warmth and friendliness! Highly recommended.

Awesome hotel. Cannot say anything bad about this place. It is comfortable and welcoming, and the owners are just great and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and most importantly very clean. Dedicated play room for younger kids was a highlight for my boys. Ample parking and a very good breakfast included too. Location is just perfect for all hikes/attractions in the area.

I normally do not write reviews but we had a great experience staying at Hotel Kronplatzer Hof and we felt at home for Christmas. Marianne and Georgia helped us a lot, amazing staff, everything is made easy by the helpful and welcoming staff Room was beautiful and big with an amazing view and balcony, clean and silent, all staff was smiling. Our stay included half board, so breakfast and dinner. Quality of the food was great and I particularly liked breakfast was bountiful with eggs made to order available.. The hotel’s ski bus is in front of hotel and is only 15 min to reach the gondola. The stay here (4 nights) was an excellent experience in every respect and we would love to come back to this Hotel again!! We can give a wholehearted recommendation without any restriction! Come and see yourselves.

Our family celebrated our father's 65th birthday. We were all complete and happily stayed at the hotel and toured the area. Good nice place to relax, eat and enjoy the views. The services of the hotel are excellent all the needs are provided, rooms are clean, and there are many activities that can be done like fitness room, wellness is the top after a long drive you can have the sauna, gaming room/sala giochi for the kids, they also have a bar and restaurant. Good breakfast and the staff are nice and welcoming especially Marianna. We will definitely come back.

Hi, I don’t write usually reviews but this time it was a must! We were a professional alpine ski team, and the owner was very rude to us. We asked for breakfast at 7 o clock because we had races in the area, and when we got to the restaurant they shouted at us that who we think we are to ask for breakfast at 7 in the morning. This happened multiple mornings, even though they agreed the nights before. The staff was very polite and very kind but the lady at the front desk and her husband (the owner) were extremely rude and don’t know how to be kind with the guests. Also the breakfast is not verifiable, they don’t have vegetables and fruits at all. We left very disappointed!!

Marianna is a wonderful host. Her team is very helpful too. Huge choice for breakfast and a big 4-course-menu for dinners. Relaxing wellness area with different options and well equipped fitness room.We'll be back!
